Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners.
• Proficient with mobile field-service software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in tight or awkward spaces.
• Willingness to follow established maintenance and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ equipment.
• Document all findings accurately and follow the maintenance process.
• Identify safety concerns and potential failures during inspections.
• Educate homeowners on condition reports and available repairs or upgrades.
• Escalate repair opportunities through proper channels when needed.
• Complete invoices, forms, notes, photos, and estimates in the system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing training and team communication sessions.
• Adhere to company safety standards and best practices.
• Deliver five-star customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Meet the target number of visits daily while maintaining quality.
