Job summary

Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to deliver high-quality residential plumbing service with attention to detail and leadership capabilities. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across residential properties, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

You will work with the team to complete projects from start to finish, educate customers about new systems, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures. Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish, educating customers on new systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and presenting products and financing resources.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used, completing applicable forms and reports.
