Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing and drain cleaning experience required.
• Massachusetts Plumber License required.
• Solid understanding of residential water distribution, drainage, waste, and disposal systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential plumbing inspections and identify repair opportunities.
• Diagnose and repair clogged drains, faucets, fixtures, and water lines.
• Install, maintain, repair, and replace water supply, waste disposal, and DWV systems.
• Read blueprints and plan installations and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
• Explain findings and upgrade options clearly to homeowners.
