Central Heating & Cooling in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has MA plumber license, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently on calls, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing and drain cleaning experience is required.
• Massachusetts plumber license is required.
• Strong understanding of residential water distribution, drainage, waste and disposal systems.
• Ability to use common plumbing tools safely and effectively.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential plumbing inspections and identify repair and upgrade opportunities.
• Diagnose and repair clogged drains, faucets, fixtures, and water supply lines.
• Perform drain cleaning and locate leaks in residential water systems.
• Install, maintain, repair and replace water supply, waste, sanitary, and DWV systems.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes while avoiding hazards around electrical/mechanical systems.
• Read blueprints and plumbing layouts to plan installations and repairs.
• Repair and maintain fixtures and appliances such as sinks and washing machines.
• Provide customers with clear, professional repair options based on inspections.
