Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Service Apprentices to join our growing DC-area team. This role offers hands-on training while you learn the plumbing trade, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

We value mechanically inclined individuals, emphasize safety, reliable attendance, and excellent customer service. You will assist technicians, diagnose issues, and support service, maintenance, and repair of residential systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform physical labor and long hours.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
• Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation.
• Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call.
