Jackson Comfort in Northfield, OH is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician who can diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, faucets, pipes, drains, and other plumbing components. You will communicate options clearly to homeowners and provide quality workmanship.

This role requires 3+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations.
• Effective communication of options to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems.
• Identify cause of plumbing issues and recommend best solution.
• Present repair options clearly to customers.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and job documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools.
• Follow safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service on every call.
