• Complete approved plumbing repairs and installations with quality workmanship.
• Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing professionally in the home and in the field.
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to keep calls running smoothly.
• Document each job properly in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, professional condition.
• Follow company procedures for safety, pricing, communication, and job completion.
• Assist with more advanced plumbing calls when needed based on experience and skill level.
