Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of IES, seeks New Construction Plumbers/Residential Supervisors to lead on residential sites. You will oversee personnel, ensure quality workmanship, and engage with customers to deliver service excellence.

The role requires a Florida driver’s license, reliable performance, and ability to work independently on active construction sites. Overtime may be required; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently on active residential construction sites.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background screening.
• Expert plumbing knowledge and management experience.
• Ability to relate well with employees and deliver superior customer interaction.
