Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking experienced plumbers or helpers for New Construction Sewer and Water Plumbing in residential projects in Florida. You will handle sewer and water line tasks on new construction sites, requiring reliability, independence, and strong communication.

Candidates must have a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Fix broken sewers
• Connect sewer taps
• Clean sewer drains
• Connect water meters
• Fix broken water pipes
• Backfill sewer and waterditches
• Work is performed primarily on residential new construction job sites.
• Employees may work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.
• Exposure to construction-related noise, dust, and equipment is common.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to operate tools and equipment safely.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
