Job summary

SFR3 LLC in Columbus, GA is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to lead plumbing for our single-family rental homes. You will diagnose and repair water heaters, clear drains, perform leak detection, and handle fixture work while managing a day-to-day route across properties and documenting work in our app.

Required are 3+ years in residential plumbing, your own truck and tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential plumbing service and repair.
• Own truck/van and hand tools; tool reimbursement and mileage.
• Valid driver's license; willing to work within city distance.
• Background check; crawlspaces and slab houses; 50 lbs handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing for single-family rental homes; route management and on-site repairs.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters (tank and tankless, gas/electric).
• Clear drains, camera work, leak detection, and pipe/fixture repairs.
• Turn/turnover work, inspections, vacancy checks, and documentation via app.
