Job summary
American Avenue Property Management (AA) is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Macon, GA. You will lead plumbing for single-family rental homes, diagnosing and repairing water heaters, drains, leaks, and more, while coordinating multi-trade tasks across properties.

Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on residential plumbing service and repair.
- Own truck/van and your own hand tools; tool reimbursement plus mileage.
- Valid driver's license; live within reasonable distance of city.
- Background check; crawlspaces, slab houses, 50 lbs lifting.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing for single-family rental homes in Macon.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters (tank and tankless).
- Clear drains, auger, main line stoppages, camera work.
- Repipes and rough-in repair during turns.
- Handle electrical, carpentry, and appliance calls on multi-trade days.
- Turns, inspections, vacancy checks, move-in/out walks.
- Document work with photos in our app.
