Lochard Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join our team. The role focuses on installing residential plumbing systems and equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with local codes, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems and equipment per manufacturer specs and codes.
• Remove and replace existing fixtures and equipment.
• Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, and fixtures.
• Perform water, drain, vent, and gas piping installations as required.
• Test systems for leaks and proper operation.
• Complete installation paperwork, photos, and documentation via tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout installation.
• Follow safety standards and installation procedures.

Residential Plumbing Installer (5+ Years Experience)

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $24 per hour - $35 per hour plus Commissions = $50k - $75k per year

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes
• Experience installing water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water and drain piping
• Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Install residential plumbing systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local plumbing codes
