Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local codes.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment according to company standards and local codes.
• Remove and replace existing plumbing systems and components in customers’ homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation guidelines as needed.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, recommendations, and installation details with homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Maintain proper inventory, tools, and materials required to complete installations.
• Document completed work by following company procedures and utilizing provided technology.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
