Job summary

Steiner Realty Incorporated, a Pittsburgh-based property management company, seeks a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Technician to join our West Division serving Moon Twp., Coraopolis, Sewickley, and North Boroughs. Requires 3+ years of plumbing experience, own tools, and valid PA driver’s license. Pay is competitive; benefits include PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision, and bonuses.

Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday. Tools, equipment, and uniforms provided. Location: multiple locations in PA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
• Mastery of basic hand tools and plumbing equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own a smartphone and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair clogs in residential or commercial plumbing systems.
• Install or remove toilets, vanity, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Use appropriate plumbing tools and equipment for repairs and installations.
• Perform general maintenance and HVAC tasks as needed.
