Steiner Realty Incorporated, a Pittsburgh-based property management company, seeks a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Technician to join our West Division serving Moon Twp., Coraopolis, Sewickley, and North Boroughs. Requires 3+ years of plumbing experience, own tools, and valid PA driver’s license. Pay is competitive; benefits include PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision, and bonuses.

Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday. Tools, equipment, and uniforms provided. Location: multiple locations in PA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
• Mastery of basic hand tools and plumbing equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own a smartphone and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair clogs in residential or commercial plumbing systems.

Plumbing/Maintenance Technician

Steiner Realty Inc, a Pittsburgh-based property management company, is looking for a full-time Plumbing/HVAC Technician to join up with our team of professionals. This position is for our West Division which includes Moon Twp./Coraopolis/Sewickley areas as well as the North Boroughs. The candidate must be well-versed in a variety of plumbing issues such as snaking and repairing drain and/or clogged stacks, installation of plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms, assist with installation of hot water tanks, faucets, sinks, tubs and toilets, etc. The candidate should have essential tools and a vehicle suitable for the trade.

Pay rate is $26-$40*/hr.

Work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. We offer very competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, PTO, 401K with employer contribution, health, dental and vision insurance. Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of clogs.

Other skills (a plus, not required):

• Assorted other duties and responsibilities to include general maintenance and HVAC.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential and /or commercial plumbing.
• Ability to effectively work as part of a team.
• Mastery and knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Own and be able to comfortably communicate with a smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation appropriate for construction and maintenance services.
• Ability to understand/communicate in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
