• Minimum 4 years experience in residential plumbing and steam heating.
• Strong plumbing and mechanical skills (A+ level).
• Currently employed with a licensed plumbing and heating company.
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems and hot water/steam boiler systems.
• Traveling to job sites and coordinating with the dispatcher to maintain an efficient work schedule.
• Providing expert consultation to customers regarding repair vs. replacement options to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintaining an organized inventory of tools and parts on the truck and in the shop to ensure readiness for each job.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• On-site billing and collecting at time of service.
