Aiello Home Services Inc. is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd year Plumbing Apprentice to join our residential service and installation team.

This role offers hands-on training under licensed plumbers, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and the potential for career growth in a stable, customer-focused company. You will assist with installations, repairs, and replacements, learn diagnosis of plumbing systems, and maintain tools and equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice in Connecticut.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn under licensed plumbers.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential installs, repairs, and replacements.
• Learn to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Maintain tools, parts and equipment in top condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job.
