Job summary

Aiello Home Services Inc. is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd year Plumbing Apprentice to join our residential service and installation team.

This role offers hands-on training under licensed plumbers, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and the potential for career growth in a stable, customer-focused company. You will assist with installations, repairs, and replacements, learn diagnosis of plumbing systems, and maintain tools and equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn under licensed plumbers.

We’re looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has hands-on experience and wants to continue developing under licensed plumbers while working in residential service and installation.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s already a registered 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice in Connecticut and has some real experience with residential systems. You take pride in your work, show up ready to learn, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to take direction while continuing to grow in the trade.
