Job summary

Aiello Home Services in Connecticut is seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice to join our residential service and installation teams. You will work under licensed plumbers, gain hands-on experience, and expand your skills on real job sites.

This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, paid training, and full benefits. A valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic are required to grow toward a licensed journeyman.

• Hands-on residential plumbing experience preferred

We’re looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has hands‑on experience and wants to continue developing under licensed plumbers while working in residential service and installation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s already a registered 2nd or 3rd year plumbing apprentice in Connecticut and has some real experience with residential systems. You take pride in your work, show up ready to learn, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to take direction while continuing to grow in the trade.
