Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 contractors for rotating residential maintenance work orders across FL and surrounding states. You’ll handle plumbing and electrical tasks, manage on-site visits, and coordinate through our portal with direct job assignments and fast payment upon completion.

We emphasize professionalism, reliability, and the ability to operate your own business while taking on additional side work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing or electrical services.
• Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required).
• Own tools and a work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Perform diagnostics and complete basic repairs during the initial visit when possible.
• Work within Not-to-Exceed budgets (typical range $150-$350).
• Submit estimates for repairs or projects exceeding the NTE limits.
• Provide updates and job status through the service portal.
• All materials are purchased by Superior.
