Qualifications

• Must be an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance (COI) required
• Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience
• Must own and maintain plumbing tools and a reliable vehicle
• Must complete onboarding call with vendor team prior to receiving job assignments
• Proficient in using an online service portal to manage work orders and communication
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Must reside and operate within the United States

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to residential plumbing service requests
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently, aiming to resolve most jobs on the first visit
• Provide estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects that exceed budget limits
• Maintain clear communication and job updates through the service portal
• All necessary materials are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
