This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors, with 1099 status, who own their plumbing tools and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Operate as an independent 1099 contractor.
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience.
• Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV).
• Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving assignments.
• Comfortable using an online portal system for communication, updates, and photo uploads.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must currently reside and work within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Submit estimates for larger repair or replacement projects when necessary.
• Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal.
• Complete work orders according to company and client expectations.
• Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance.
