Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with service software like Service Titan is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills for customers.
• Customer-focused with professional solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Handle customer queries and respond to callouts promptly.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs and replacements.
• Document all work using Service Titan or similar software.
• Communicate clearly to ensure customer satisfaction.
