1-Tom-Plumber Kansas City is hiring a Residential Plumber to run service calls and represent our brand across Greater Kansas City. You will diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and provide transparent options while contributing to a growing team.

We offer a stable, high-earning compensation package, including a $35/hour base, 10% uncapped commission, and a fast-track path to Lead Plumber or Service Manager within 6–12 months. Emphasis on customer care and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience operating your own truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential plumbing troubleshooting, fixture installations, drain cleaning, line repairs, and water heater replacements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on options.
• Complete on-site estimates and participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule.
