Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing sales experience with a successful track record.
• Ability to stay up to date with plumbing codes, products, and services.
• Financial knowledge and ability to assess job profitability.
• Computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office and ServiceTitan.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and earn a Class E driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by closing deals with customers.
• Visit homes to assess plumbing issues and provide estimates.
• Explain issues clearly and offer the most appropriate solutions.
• Work with installation teams to ensure job quality and profitability.
• Generate and track sales leads; follow up on opportunities.
