As a technician, you will diagnose repairs, train an apprentice, and use ServiceTitan on an iPad to quote jobs. We offer a solid benefits package, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing education to help you advance.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing license required (Journeyman or Master preferred).
• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (last 3 years).
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience using Service Titan and mobile devices.
• Sign-on bonus of $2,000 for licensed applicants.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and quote plumbing repairs to customers.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
• Operate with iPad and Service Titan software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

What you need:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• A Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
• $2,000 Sign on Bonus (must have Residential or higher license to be eligible)
