Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical in Denver seeks an experienced residential plumber to join our trusted team. You will diagnose repairs, communicate options to customers, and mentor an apprentice while delivering top-quality service with our ServiceTitan system.

• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience using ServiceTitan software for service calls.
• Comfortable diagnosing and selling repairs to customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train an apprentice on plumbing tasks.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers.
• Use ServiceTitan for scheduling, invoicing, and communication.

What you need:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• A Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
• $2,000 Sign on Bonus (must have Residential or higher license to be eligible)
