Job summary

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is seeking an HVAC service technician in Denver to diagnose and repair residential systems. You will use an iPad and Service Titan to document work and communicate with customers.

We offer an hourly wage plus commission, strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO and paid holidays, a company vehicle and tools, and ongoing education and training. EPA/NATE preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; NATE preferred.
• 1–2 years diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan.
• Strong customer service and repair sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment.
• Sell repairs to customers based on diagnosis.
• Operate Service Titan and iPad for service tasks.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Service - What you need:

• 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, mini splits, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification, Nate preferred
