MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled Residential Plumber to join our growing team in the Kansas area. You will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, delivering trusted, quality workmanship and clear communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience in service, repair, or installation preferred.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Plumbing license or certification preferred, where applicable.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Install, repair, and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, drains, water lines, and other plumbing components.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on proper plumbing system maintenance and water conservation practices.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
