Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Intown Atlanta is hiring an experienced residential service plumber who services, repairs, and replaces plumbing systems for clients in Buckhead and surrounding neighborhoods. You will deliver high-quality workmanship, keep a clean work area, and clearly explain each service to customers.

• All applicable licensing required.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Confident customer communicator.
• Comfortable learning flat-rate pricing and service agreement tools (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Uses Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call.
• Wears floor savers and keeps a neat work area during repairs or service.
• Tests all aspects of the job before leaving a home to ensure proper operation.
• Ensures the job is completed correctly and minimizes callbacks.
• Explains each service performed to the client after maintenance or repair.
• Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work.
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles.

An experienced plumber who serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
