Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of In-Town Atlanta is seeking an experienced residential service plumber. You will service, repair, and replace plumbing systems, owning the field operations in a defined Atlanta territory.

You’ll follow straight-forward pricing, maintain professional appearance, and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality workmanship. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance and location.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pricing on each call.
• Maintain neat work area and wear floor savers in client homes.
• Test all aspects of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize callbacks.
• Explain services performed to clients after maintenance or repair.
• Demonstrate safety-conscious attitude on job and while driving.

JOB SUMMARY:

A experienced master plumber who serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

YOUR TERRITORY:

• Buckhead • Midtown • Virginia-Highland • Decatur and surrounding neighborhoods
• Dense, established communities with aging infrastructure = consistent, high-value calls
• Tight geography means more jobs per day, less time driving
• Customers who value quality work — this is a territory worth owning

JOB DUTIES:

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly
• Ensures the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed
• Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A Master Plumber is considered senior level and operates their own truck
• All applicable licensing required
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Confident customer communicator
• Comfortable learning flat-rate pricing and service agreement tools (training provided)

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
