Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Intown Atlanta is seeking an experienced residential service plumber to service, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems in the Buckhead area and surrounding neighborhoods. You will own a dense territory with aging infrastructure and a high volume of high-value calls, delivering professional, punctual service.

• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Confident customer communicator
• Comfortable learning flat-rate pricing and service agreement tools (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing on each call
• Wears floor savers and keeps a neat work area during repairs
• Tests all aspects of the job before leaving a home
• Ensures the job is completed correctly and minimizes callbacks
• Explains each service performed to the client
• Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in vehicles and at job site

An experienced plumber who serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly
• Ensures the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed
• Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• All applicable licensing required
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Confident customer communicator
• Comfortable learning flat-rate pricing and service agreement tools (training provided)
