The Opportunity

Our Residential Plumbers serve homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area. This role is perfect for plumbers who enjoy diagnosing problems, educating customers, and being rewarded for performance.

$85,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

What You’ll Do

Respond to and resolve residential plumbing emergencies

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems

Perform routine plumbing and drain inspections

Accurately complete job documentation (time, materials, scope of work)

Work collaboratively with leadership, peers, and other trades

Support team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing experience

1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass background and drug screening

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Every other Saturday

Rotating on-call shifts
