Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to shoot 3-D tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com across a defined territory. You will use Matterport Pro3 gear, capture floor plans, and deliver marketing-ready images.

The role requires residential photography experience, strong client service, and the ability to manage schedules. A valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography with FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.
• High-quality photography and virtual tours for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Take residential photos for marketing Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
