Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use a ladder safely and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE as required and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term benefits of Orkin services.
• Schedule, follow up, and document using company-provided tools.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
