Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to conduct full-home inspections and build trust with homeowners by explaining findings and recommending pest control plans. You will close sales through demonstrated value and long-term protection while managing appointments and documentation using a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
