Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to conduct full-home inspections, build trust with homeowners, and close sales for pest control services. You will manage appointments, document findings, and work independently while earning uncapped commissions.

A company-provided iPad, paid training, and a solid benefits package support your success. Average first-year earnings range from $85,000 to $100,000, with base plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., able to climb/crawl into attic or crawl spaces.
• Wear PPE; respirator may be required per OSHA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value, protection, and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.
