Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, including thorough inspections and safe application of treatments. You will educate customers on prevention, schedule and confirm appointments, and support sales efforts while maintaining equipment and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest management inspections and identify pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on preventive pest control methods and best practices.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist sales to current customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Operate company-provided service vehicle as required.
