Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services. You will inspect homes, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise customers on prevention.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, working outdoors and in tight spaces, and maintaining safety and PPE protocols. Starting hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00, with health benefits starting day 1 and opportunities for incentives based on performance and routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
