Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services, including inspections, identifying pest types, and applying treatments. You will educate clients on prevention and provide solutions to reduce future infestations.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, scheduling and confirming appointments, and assisting with sales of pest control products. Safety standards and regulatory compliance are emphasized in daily work.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Basic math skills to follow product labels and instructions.
• Customer-facing experience preferred for client interactions.
• High school diploma or GED required; related training may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
