Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
• Open to learning all areas of pest control
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties for signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control products safely per guidelines.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and methods.
• Build relationships, schedule visits, and assist sales to grow customer base.
• Maintain pest control equipment.
• Comply with regulations for pest control products and safety.
• Operate company service vehicle safely.
