Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships through on-site visits, calls, and inspections.

Applicants should have 6+ months in sales, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history, and a high school diploma or GED. The role offers base pay with commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to sales leads and proactively generate opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions compliant with laws and policy.
• Maintain a company vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition.
