• Willing to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options
• Close sales by showing value and long-term benefits
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with an iPad
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, maximize leads
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
