Orkin is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector in the United States to perform comprehensive home inspections and recommend tailored pest protection plans. You will engage homeowners, explain findings clearly, and build trusted relationships while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; company covers training/licensing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions and terrain.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
