Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control, a Rentokil company, is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services in the Frederick, MD area. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

This full-time role offers benefits from day one, with a base salary of $36,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped commissions, and top earners reaching six figures. Travel up to 100% within the territory and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to grow revenue and service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
