Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control seeks a driven Pest Control Consultant to promote and sell pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent a national brand locally, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored pest solutions while maintaining excellent service.

Face-to-face sales and on-site visits are core to this role. This position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and likely 1–2 years in pest control or sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM to outline customer challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
