Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments while following safety regulations. You will communicate solutions to clients and help prevent future infestations, all while operating company vehicles and maintaining equipment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to work in various environments with PPE provided. Training is provided, and benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and training acceptable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and ability to follow product label instructions.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products and traps while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and long-term protection.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with sales and expanding product adoption.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
