Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 credits in education or human service field.
• NH DOE Para II licensure or pursuing license with support.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and work independently.
• CPI training is required.
• Valid driver ability for student transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative assistance for students during the school day.
• Assist teachers in creating a consistent classroom environment.
• Support routines for independent and group work.
• Monitor student progress and maintain records.
• Ensure safety and structure in residential and academic settings.
