Job summary

Webfoot Home Improvements is seeking painters with residential experience to join the team. Starting pay is $20-$29 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and a strong training program.

If you have experience painting residential homes, we want you to join the Webfoot Crew!

At Webfoot, we have the systems and training in place to ensure our teams are able to deliver top notch quality. We currently have a need for a couple more Painters who have residential painting skills, want to perform work that they can be proud of and provide our customers with a seriously amazing experience! Our leadership team is committed to helping you reach your goals, whether you're reaching to become a highly skilled Painter, a Crew Leader or a Master Painter.

Requirements

We're looking for painters who:

• bring at least 1 year of proven residential painting experience or other work experience with a desire to learn.
• meet our minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old
• demonstrate amazing customer service skills
• are excellent communicators in all situations
• are enthusiastic about continuous learning and development in their craft
• desire to be part of a high-performing team

When you join our team, we'll starting your pay at $20 - $29 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
