Willow Bridge Property Company in Pittsburgh is seeking a Painter to perform interior painting of a variety of buildings with quality and safety in mind. You will master paint types and equipment while working under general guidance.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ related painting experience.
• Beginner/intermediate interior painting experience with paint sprayer and hand tools.
• Ability to communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, vendors, or residents.
• Basic computer skills (mobile device/PC).
• Available for on-call work assignments and emergency overtime as applicable.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior painting of building interiors with knowledge of paint types and equipment.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours (e.g., drywall repair and touch ups).
• Complete maintenance work on vacant homes.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as directed.
• Participate in routine inspections (QC, move in, etc.).
• Paint common areas, maintenance shop, community centers, and district offices.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on homes and common areas.
• Maintain and update all service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Demonstrate safe use of standard hand and power tools and equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and WBPC SOPs; practice safe work procedures.
